Claire Allen (she/her)

National Program Manager, Pride in Heath + Wellbeing Program, ACON

In this role she works with member organisation across Australia in LGBTQ-inclusive care. Member s range from government agencies, peak bodies, large hospital networks, small community-based organisations and individual clinicians.

She has previously worked in the aged care sector and human services sector. She spent several years as LGBTI Project officer and lead her organisation through rainbow tick accreditation, achieving inaugural HWEI Service Provider of the Year. Claire has worked throughout the Not-For-Profit, faith-based and education sectors in a variety of roles and brings with her wealth of experience in LGBTQ inclusion, change management, project management and organisational enablement.
